Florence and Jessica started this amazing wax bar not long ago when noticing Toronto didn't have a wax bar solely for the FUZZ! These ladies have perfected service of waxing at an affordable price and fast!
Fuzz focuses on waxing only and uses methods that will make you feel relaxed without having to spend all day at the spa!
On top of all of that the place is DARLING! I just love the feel here!
These dolls are doing it so right! I am sure these ladies will take over the city soon enough, both are so sweet and really just want their clients to feel great!
I am sure you will walk out smiling!

The concept is simple. No manicures. No pedicures. Just waxing at its best – fast, affordable and done really, really well. You won’t find fancy waterfall backdrops or hear the soothing sounds of nature beyond our door. We’ve skipped the fuss and frills to focus solely on the fuzz.
1. What was the biggest motivator for starting your own company?
The biggest motivator for us was to become new entrepreneurs allowing us to be fully in charge of our own success. Both of us love making important day to day decisions and taking full responsibly for everything both in our lives and in our careers.
2. Why are you and your fabulous company in Toronto?
When we started Fuzz, we set out to fill a void for both men and women in Toronto. As clients of the industry, we always knew there was something missing. When we started developing the Fuzz Wax Bar brand we soon realized that there was nothing like it the city making Toronto the perfect place to start this new and exciting concept. Our city is so vibrant and dynamic; we knew Torontonians would Fuzz Wax Bar.
3. Do you think women are making a mark in your specific industry? If so, how?
They are! More and more women are successfully starting exciting companies in the beauty industry which for us, is truly inspiring. Companies like Blo blow dry bar and Blink Brow bar were both created by female Entrepreneurs and are now some of the largest beauty franchises in North America. In an industry filled with expensive spas and limited availability, women are starting to really think outside the box and are confidently creating new businesses that are making beauty fun and convenient.
4. Who or what do you look to for inspiration?
We find ourselves inspired by the by our friends, family and the many smart and successful female Entrepreneurs around the world. These fabulous ladies have the confidence and knowledge to move mountains. We hope to one day become an inspiration for future women wanting to start a business of their own.
5. What do you see for your company in 5 years?
In 5 years we will have created an empire of Fuzz Wax Bars around the world! LOL…Well that’s our dream. Fuzz is still a young company that we have big plans for. We really believe in the Wax Bar concept and know that people everywhere will embrace it like the awesome peeps of this great city.
